Dear Owners and Residents of Klahanie,
Effective immediately, the Canoe Club has changed its operational model and is moving exclusively to third party service providers for janitorial, maintenance, caretaker and security services. Management oversight will be provided by Wynford as the property management company, with direction given by the Canoe Club Committee.
The Committee is a group of volunteers appointed by or volunteered from the Strata Corporations of the Klahanie neighbourhood. Owners and/or residents are encouraged to reach out if they wish to contribute to the oversight and management of the Canoe Club by becoming a part of the Committee or volunteering their time to assist in projects or tasks. Please reach out to your Strata Council for further details if you are interested.
All inquiries related to the Canoe Club will continue to be directed to [email protected] or the Office line at 604-375-6960. We are aiming to respond to all email inquiries within 3 business days, and the office line will be monitored during business hours. If you require follow up on any Canoe Club inquiries to date, please reach out to Ann Benoit, VP Strata Operations for Wynford at [email protected].
